You can stop at any time and access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. A month already under way isn't refunded.
2.Pro yearly
Full refund within the first 14 days, as long as you haven't taken a track exam.
After 14 days the subscription runs to the end of the year and won't renew if you stop it.
3.Single course
Full refund within 14 days, as long as you haven't finished more than 30 percent of the course's lessons.
4.Team and Firm
These follow the annual contract you agreed. Extra seats are charged pro rata to the end of the contract.
5.How to ask
Request it from your account settings. We process it within 7 working days and return the money the same way you paid.
