01How many seats do we need?
Team starts at 5 seats and Firm at 15. Below that, Pro per person usually makes more sense.
02What does the principal see on the dashboard?
Active seats, tracks in progress, progress per person, exam scores and exercises marked Needs revision. Private conversations with Arvy are not visible.
03How do firm standards become private tracks?
Firm standards live in Detarva as reviewed details. The curriculum team turns them into lessons and exercises, so juniors learn from the firm's own details rather than generic examples.
04Who can see our firm standards?
Only seats in your firm. Private tracks don't appear in the public catalog and aren't used for other courses.
05If a junior leaves, what happens to the seat?
The seat returns to the firm and can be reassigned from the dashboard. Any certificates that person earned stay theirs.
