One account per person. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.

Sharing an account isn't allowed. For several people, use a Team or Firm plan.

Material belongs to its creators and is shown here with their permission.

You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

Firm standards on private tracks stay the property of that firm.

Every detail drawing is an illustration for learning, not for construction. You may not use one directly as a project drawing.

Course content isn't professional advice for a specific building. For a real building, follow the approved drawings and consult a qualified expert.

Tanya Arvy helps you find material and sources, and its answers can be wrong. Check them before using them for work.

A certificate shows you passed a Detarva Academy track exam. It isn't a professional competency certificate or a licence to practise.

A certificate can be withdrawn if cheating is proven.

Prices are listed on the Plans page. Checkout on this site is a simulation: no money moves and no card is charged.

Refund terms are in the refund policy.

Keep discussion polite and useful. Don't share project drawings you have no right to, or client data.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and we'll tell you about important changes.
